Admission Procedure:

Minimum age as on the 1st April of the academic year is as under:

L.K.G. : Between 3 Years & 4 Years
U.K.G. : Between 4 Years & 5 Years
Class I: Between 5 Years & 6 Years
Class II: Between 6 Years & 7 Years
For other classes, if any, it will be specified on the Notice Board of the School Office and the School Website.

Procedure for Admission: Registration Forms will be available in the school office within a period notified on the Notice Board/News Papers. The Registration Forms should be duly filled in and submitted to the office by the prescribed date with the following documents.

1. Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy) issued by Nagar Maha Palika / Cantonment Board.
2. Affidavit affirming the Date of Birth of Candidate, Candidate Name, Parents Name & Residential Address.
3. Latest passport size photograph (two only)
4. Caste Certificate (Original & Photocopy) issued by the office of Tehsildar (U.P.) to be submitted by SC/ST/OBC candidates only.
5. Mark sheet of previous class (Only for class II and above).

Admission Test and Interview: Date & time will be specified on the counterfoil of Registration Form. Interview will be conducted in the medium of English. The parents and the child will be interviewed.

Result and Admission: Result of the admission test will be displayed on the School Notice Board. Parents of selected candidates will have to complete the admission form and other formalities and submit the form in the school office within specified date.

Fee Rules:-

  1. The amount of fee charged at the time of admission is not refundable.
  2. Quarterly fees must be deposited between 05th and 30th of the first month of the quarter.
  3. Fees may be paid in advance for the whole year.
  4. In case of late admission, fees from the beginning of the academic session have to be paid.

CAUTION:

Parents seeking admissions are hereby informed that the school management does not accept donations for admissions. Parents are discouraged from entering into financial transactions with any person/s who may claim to get admissions or influence the admission process. The school will not be held responsible for such transactions.

WITHDRAWAL: -

Parents must give one month’s notice in writing, should they wish to withdraw their child, or in lieu of notice one quarter’s fees must be paid.
