Description: “Teachers are like candles who burn themselves to light up our lives.” Teaching is the noblest profession. In fact, it is a calling. The students of St. Aloysius’ High School as a mark to pay homage , to express their heartfelt gratitude towards their teachers had put up a spectacular show on Teacher's day. The programme commenced with the lighting of the lamp by our Principal Rev. Fr. Walter D' Silva ,Rev. Fr. Stephen Manoj and the senior teachers. Speeches were delivered to pay homage to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, former President of India and Mother Teresa. Students had set the stage on fire by their rocking dance performances. The songs and skits presented by the students depicted their love and respect for their teachers. The students also arranged some fun games for the teachers to entertain them. Among which the most energetic one was the basketball match between the teachers and the students Rev. Father Walter D' Silva on behalf of all the teachers gave a vote of thanks for the wonderful show which the students had put up for their teachers. All the teachers enjoyed and appreciated the program. The teachers were given sumptuous the lunch by the school management. The day left an incredible impression in the minds of the students and teachers.
